Yes, but we recommend starting with one routine and using it consistently for at least 4 weeks before introducing a second. Your skin needs time to adjust and show results, and starting with two makes it harder to understand what is working.

Yes. All routines are formulated for menopausal and perimenopausal skin. Products containing active ingredients like Salicylic Acid or AHA have usage notes on the product page. If you are pregnant or on prescription medication, consult your GP before use.

Stop using the product immediately and do not apply anything else to the affected area. If the reaction is mild (slight redness or tingling), it usually resolves within 24–48 hours.
